The personal calculator shows an estimated delivery cost. Dealers receive individual rates based on volume, routes and shipping frequency.

The calculation is preliminary: the final cost depends on the accuracy of vehicle data and selected services. Terms for regular partners and larger volumes are discussed individually.

Payment means funds received
Payment is complete when funds have arrived and are visible in the portal. A receipt, payment order or transfer marked “processing” is not yet payment.
If payment is late
Auction Storage costs incurred because of late payment are paid by the dealer.
FINANCING
Additional payment time for approved partners
USA TRANS may use company funds to pay for the vehicle, arrange pickup and begin transportation before your funds arrive.
The term, financial limit and conditions are determined individually based on cooperation history, payment discipline and transaction volume.
If the agreed payment term is exceeded:

per month on the outstanding amount, prorated by days
Charges stop as soon as the debt is repaid. Responsibility for Auction Storage during a deferral is agreed in advance. Deferral is not automatic and requires approval.

SHIPPING CONTROL
See what is happening with every vehicle
Photos during transportation help compare vehicle condition and investigate damage. Additional photos and videos can be requested through the dealer portal.
Auction discrepancy
If the vehicle materially differs from the auction photos, we contact you before pickup or dispatch. If needed, shipping is paused until your decision.
Notifications
Through the portal, Telegram, email, SMS and push notifications, depending on available channels and your settings.
Status tracking
Pickup, warehouse receipt, container loading, vessel departure, arrival at the port and readiness for handover. Statuses show the latest data in the system.
Specialized support
Separate requests for finance, logistics, documents, service, vehicle protection and technical issues. Conversation history is linked to the vehicle or operation.
VEHICLE PROTECTION
Free protection for total vehicle loss. Paid protection for partial damage
For vehicles picked up at auction on or after October 10, 2026, basic protection against total vehicle loss starts when vehicle loading begins at the origin port, at no additional charge. These Vehicle Protection terms do not apply to vehicles picked up earlier. To receive compensation for partial damage, activate paid protection before the covered stage begins.

Port → Port
0.5%Damage during loading, ocean transit and unloading. Minimum $70 per vehicle. The U.S. warehouse is not covered.
Auction → Port
1%Damage along the entire route, from auction through unloading. Minimum $70 per vehicle.
