- inspections;

10. SHIPMENT AND TRACKING INFORMATION

- Purchased;
- Picked Up;
- Delivered to Warehouse;
- Loaded into Container;
- Ocean Transit;
- Arrived at Port;
- Container Opened;
- Ready for Pickup;
- Truck Delivery;
- Delivered.
Tracking information is provided for customer convenience.
Some tracking information depends on data received from:
- carriers;
- warehouses;
- ports;
- shipping lines;
- customs providers;
- other logistics partners.
As a result, updates may occasionally be delayed or incomplete.
A tracking status displayed online does not constitute a guarantee of a specific arrival or delivery time.
11. ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES
Any estimated pickup, departure, arrival or delivery date is an estimate unless USA TRANS expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

23. ACCOUNT CLOSURE
Dealer Portal accounts cannot currently be deleted directly by the user through the platform.

Certain transaction and business records may remain retained where necessary for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention or contractual purposes.
24. CHANGES TO THE SERVICES
USA TRANS may modify, improve, replace or discontinue website or Dealer Portal functionality from time to time.
